3. Company Accounts, Company Locations and Authorised Users
An approved wholesale customer may have a Company account containing one or more Company Locations and multiple authorised users.
Depending on the permissions assigned to an authorised user, users within the same Company may be able to access certain information relating to the Company's account, including:

delivery or billing information;

order history;
-
invoices or payment information; and

other information relevant to managing the Company's wholesale account.
Companies are responsible for ensuring that only appropriately authorised persons are given access to their Atalliance Company account.
Atalliance may use authorised user information to manage permissions, verify purchasing authority, maintain account security and administer the business relationship.
4. Optional Birthday Month
Atalliance may provide an account contact with the option to voluntarily provide their birthday month.
Providing a birthday month is optional and is not required for:

wholesale account approval;
-
continued access to a wholesale account;

access to wholesale pricing; or
-
placing an order.
Where provided, we may use the birthday month to provide birthday-related benefits, offers or promotional communications where applicable.
For this purpose, Atalliance does not require a complete date of birth unless there is a separate legitimate reason to collect it.
5. Trade Credit and Payment Information
Where a customer applies for or uses trade credit, we may collect or generate information reasonably required to assess, establish and manage the credit relationship.
